USING AEB BANKLINE
Before using AEB Bankline, please make sure you have your account number(s) handy. Also please have your Personal Identification Number (PIN) Available.
The last four digits of your social security number or tax ID number have been assigned as your initial PIN. The first time you access your account you will be required to change your social security or tax ID to any other four digit number.
To access Selections from the opening menu, simply press the corresponding number on your telephone.
If you press #1-Account Information and Funds Transfers, you are able to access your:
#1--Checking and Money Market Accounts
#2--Savings Accounts
#3--Loan Accounts
#4--CD’s and IRA’s
#5--Funds Transfers*
*Before you can access the funds transfer menu you will need to complete a “Request for Funds Transfer” authorization. Please contact any personal banker for the form necessary to activate this feature.
Please remember you can always press:
#8--to return to the previous menu,
#9--to repeat the menu you are in, and
#0--to speak with a personal banker during regular banking hours.
